Fitness through online tracking


Anyone who follows me on twitter or knows me through Facebook knows that I’m a data junkie – that most of my activities are posted online, automatically, through various services.  And those are the ones I allow to post for me!

So here is the common guide for the everyday non-techie, who wants a little digital help from stuff that’s always at their fingertips anyway, be it their computer or their smartphone.  Happy Monday!
